Download and View Activity Logs
Activity logs document activity within the platform and record the occurrence of an event, the time at which it occurred, and the responsible user or service. By reviewing activity logs, systems administrators can track user activity, and security teams can investigate breaches and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Users with the Superadmin user role can can download activity logs for your organization via the Gravity platform. Our logs are structured and retained for at least 90 days, and can be downloaded for 30, 60, and 90-day intervals.
To download your Activity Data, navigate to “Organization Settings” under Settings, and scroll down to the “Activity Logs” section. Select whether you want to download the logs from the past 30, 60, or 90 days, and click "Download CSV". Opening the activity log will show you who, when, and what actions were taken.
