Troubleshooting

  • The following columns are required:
    • Quantity of the activity (e.g. 900)
  • Gravity will guide you to create or autocreate the following:
    • Description of the activity (e.g. Grid-Purchased Electricity, October Fuel Usage)
    • Start Date of the activity
    • End Date of the activity (Gravity will generate End Date = Start date if this is missing)
    • Units of the activity (e.g. kWh, Therms, Miles)
  • Be sure to resolve errors such as missing data.
    • You can do this by clicking on the Error tab on the top left of the "Review and Finalize" screen, and editing the file directly within the platform.
  • For multi-site uploads, "Activity Role" refers to:
    • the name of the power source (e.g. Grid-Purchased Electricity, On-Site Renewable Electricity)
    • the name of the fuel source (e.g. Natural Gas, Coal, Propane)
    • the name of the contaminant (e.g. Free Zone, Freeze 12)
    • the name of the activity (e.g. "janitorial services", "drayage to warehouse", "Q1 business travel")
