How to Set Up your ProCore <> Gravity Integration

In order to use the Gravity App in the Procore App Marketplace, you must have active licenses with both Gravity and Procore. 

Within your Gravity account:

1. Navigate to “Org Settings” in the bottom left corner of the dashboard. 
2. Under API Tokens, click “Generate New Token”. We recommend naming the token “Procore”.
3. Click “Save”.

Within your Procore account: 

1. Navigate to “Apps” in the top right corner of the dashboard.
2. Click “App Management” to begin installing the Gravity app using the API key that you just generated. 
3. Click “Install App from Marketplace”
   1. You will be prompted to “Create Configuration” to have Procore talk to your Gravity account. 
   2. Under projects, check the box on “Global Projects Config” and “Company Level Config” to install Gravity on all of your projects. 
   3. Name the app “Gravity”.
   4. Copy over your API Token ID and API Token Secret.
4. Now you will have read-only access to your Gravity account from Procore.
